We are currently looking for additions to the I-Access team in the following roles:


Storage/Virtualization Engineer

Responsible for the engineering, planning, design and implementation of open systems mid-range computing platforms for storage and backup integration and server consolidation architectures.  The Storage and Virtualization Engineer will be responsible for working with a team of integrators to implement best-practice solutions for customers.

Job Responsibilities:
-    Provide technical expertise to sales team and customers on storage and virtualization platforms
-    Conduct pre-sales solution qualification to ensure the proper architecture is presented to customers
-    Document all phases of the pre- and post-sales effort
-    Conduct customer facing presentations on technical solutions in focus area
-    Lead technical reviews with sales team and customers for Statement of Work generation
-    Provide comprehensive knowledge transfer and technical support to customers throughout implementation and post-implementation
-    Aquire and maintain expert level technical certification in focus area products

Job Skills:
-    Technical pre-sales experience
-    Interpersonal and presentation skills
-    Advanced written and oral communication skills
-    Seasoned technical architectural design and implementation skills

Experience:
-    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
-    VMware VCP or equivalent knowledge
-    Storage Architecture and Design experience (including Fibre Channel SAN, iSCSI, CIFS and NFS experience)
-    Backup software and hardware integration experience
-    Advanced knowledge of Open Systems directory structure, networking, group policy and application integration

Citrix Engineer

Provides design and implementation services for application and desktop virtualization initiatives for customers.  Works with client technical staff to resolve advanced issues related to these environments.  Participate as a technical resource in the sales process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform application and desktop delivery assessments for clients and create related designs, project plans, and statements of work.
  • Provide informal knowledge transfer to clients including documentation.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for existing and new deployments.
  • Windows, Terminal Services, Active Directory and GPO troubleshooting.
  • Assist the sales effort as a resource to account executives on technical issues and presentations to clients and prospective clients.
  • Developing and cultivating strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on industry experience in a systems support/administrator role (field experience not required).
  • Experience with design, configuration, and implementation of Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server/XenApp environments.
  • Experience with Citrix Web Interface/Secure Gateway.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 2003/08, Active Directory and GPOs.
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V, and/or Citrix XenServer.
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to make effective presentations in front of a technical audience.
  • Experience with virtual desktop implementations desirable.
  • Microsoft certification on Windows 2003 or 2008 Server desirable.
  • Citrix CCA certification desirable.
